BJP Candidate List 2024 : BJP has announced the first list of 195 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The list includes the names of 34 Union Ministers including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, there is no candidate from Maharashtra in the first list. Union Minister and senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari’s name is also not in the first list, raising many eyebrows. So when will the second list of candidates be announced by BJP? BJP’s core committee meeting regarding candidates for remaining Lok Sabha seats will be held tomorrow (March 6). Meanwhile, the core committee meeting for remaining seats of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra and Bihar will be held in Delhi for two days tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. BJP President JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah may also attend this meeting.

In this list, candidates have been announced for 51 seats in Uttar Pradesh, 20 in West Bengal, 24 in Madhya Pradesh, 15 in Gujarat, 15 in Rajasthan, 12 in Kerala, 9 in Telangana, 11 in Assam, 11 in Jharkhand, 11 in Chhattisgarh, 11 in Delhi. Also, candidates have been announced for 5 seats of Jammu and Kashmir, 3 of Uttarakhand, 2 of Arunachal, 1 of Goa, 1 of Tripura, 1 of Andaman, 1 of Daman and Diu.
