Shivai Mata Mandir temple is Goddess Temple located in Maharashtra state, Pune city.
People believe that goddess Shivai mata have blessed them always and everytime in different forms. It is big temple in which there is, Goddess Shivai Mata, Lord Ganesh, Lord Swami Samarth Maharaj and Lord Datta Maharaj in the same temple.

In Navratri festival massive amount of people comes here for darshan of goddess and to take blessings of matarani (Shivai Mata) people also take Oath in front of Shivai Mata to fulfill their wishes. Many people also do take respect of aarti, hawans, etc. people also comes from long distance like from another states to take darshan of matarani.


Navratri festival is the main festival of this temple it is celebrated by Spiritual and Cultural ways. 9 days of festival 24 hours darshans are available for devotees, aarti in the morning 5am and in the evening 8 pm. On the day of “MAHAASHTAMI” which is on 8th day of navratri festival, Hawan pooja is been done. After the hawan pooja devotees can take the darshans. Also different types of programmes are arranged for devotees every evening after aarti like spiritual, dandiya, garba, enterteinment for small childrens, etc.
On the day of Dussehra, goddess goes on sleep for five days. After 5 days on the auspicious day of Kojagiri Pornima that is after 5 days of Dussehra when goddess wakes from sleep, on that day bhandara (mahaprasad) is arranged by the temple members (organizers) for thousands of devotees, in the form of matarani’s blessings(prasad). In the evening of kojagiri pornima the great , miravnuk is organized in which shivai mata’s murti is taken for a big round walk in which large amount of devotees are present excitedly announcing “JAI MATA DI” loudly and playing garba dandiya and dancing along in the excitement of festival. This festival is organized and conducted by the temple members with all the legal permissions and taking care of everything.
DATTA MAHARAJ PRAKAT DIN

Datta Maharaj Jayanti is also celebrated in this temple every year. On This day people worship Lord Datta Maharaj by keeping fast, prayers chanting mantras and aarti. Havan Pooja is done on this day in temple and after which devotees can take darshan of pooja and aarti at the same time. After this pooja “Mahaprasad” is organized for devotees and it is the form of Blessing.
SWAMI SAMARTH MAHARAJ PRAKAT DIN

Swami Samarth Maharaj Jayanti is also celebrated in this temple. It is celebrated on and also called as Swami Samarth Maharaj prakat din.
On this day many people worship lord Swami Samarth Maharaj by keeping fast on this day and chanting mantras of god. on this day Swami Samarth Maharaj paduka palkhi is organized by temple people which known as “Nagarpradakshina“. In this palkhi all devotees chant mantras of Swami Samarth Maharaj and walk with palkhi. After the palkhi, “Padukas pooja” of Maharaj is arranged in the temple. Everyone can take darshan of the Padukas and aarti after pooja in the Temple on this day. After this pooja “Mahaprasad” is organized for devotees in the form of blessings of God.
INDEPENDENCE DAY 15TH AUGUST AND
REPUBLIC DAY 26th JANUARY
Independence day and Republic day is also celebrated and organised by temple members. This is celebrated by hoisting the flag and proudly respecting National Anthem. After the event of flag hoisting, Sports competition like running, cycling, etc are organized by temple members for childrens for their enjoyment and to encourage them for sports future. Hereby childrens also enjoy the event and participate in large number for competition. After the competition participants are been awarded and encouraged for sports activities.
All the festivals and cultural activities are organized by temple members and large amount of people attend and enjoy the moments of festivals, social, cultural activities.
