At this time the general meeting of Pune Municipal Corporation has cancelled the waste collection center project at Bawadhan in Kothrud. Therefore, while requesting to postpone the project till the doubts of the citizens are resolved, the Municipal Commissioner of pune promised to visit the place and find out the problems raised by the citizens and take decisions accordingly. Looking towards the major problem of water supply of 23 villages in pune city, He also said that a meeting will be held soon to improve the water supply of 23 villages. Municipal Commissioner also assured that the river improvement project would be launched soon. Balbharati would hold discussions with the people raising questions against the Balbharati-Paud Fata road. In this meeting, the commissioner has approved in principle to make the vehicle on the principle of ‘pay and parking’ and it was also instructed to do the planning immediately.
